ERROR each time I work on a document

When opening a file I work on, it closes each time and gives me following info:

What to do to avoid this?

msgrit32.dll is related to the Italian grammar checker. Close
Word, rename the msgrit32.dll file, start Word, and run Detect
and Repair from Word Help.

You can use My Computer or Windows Explorer to browse to the
msgrit32.dll file, right-click on the file, left-click on Rename,
and give the file a new name (such as msgrit32.old).
