error eignature...please help!

I've tried installing and uninstalling, i've tried
troubleshooting in several ways and all applications work
properly except Word. Word wil not open and shows an erroe
signature that says:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2717
ModVer:6.084.35 Offset: 0004eaf1
Apparently there's a problem with a module but i have no
idea how to correct this problem...
if someone can help me...please get back to me...much
appreciated.

Try searching for and renaming normal.dot then opening
word. If this does not help change to a different
default printer and try word again - if it works now its
the printer driver.
