Error: Excel cannot complete this task with available resources.

I receive the above error when I try to open more than 1 large spreedsheet
(they are over 25mb in size). I can open the Excel application multiple
times and then open those same individual files within each Excel program
without problems.
I've tried installing SP3 for Office 2003 but still does not fix the
problem. I know that office 2007 does not have this issue because I tried
opening those same files on a machine with 2007 and they open fine.
Has anyone seen this before or know how to fix it?

It sounds like a Windows memory management issue, but you've posted to a
