Error exporting text file

I am getting an error when I try to export a text file
with 99 fields. The error I'm getting is:
The Microsoft Jet Database Engine could not find the
object ''. Make sure the object exists....

I don't see anything that is missing in my
specification.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

How are you exporting the data? from a table? from a query? using the manual
export process? using a macro? using VBA code?

I am exporting from a table & I am using the manual
process & using an export specification.

I would first check the specification to be sure that it has the correct
field names and the right number of fields.
