Error Exporting to Excel

I am trying to export the task list to Excel. I also tried exporting to a
web page. I receive an error that says: "You are trying to save a file
saved in n older file format. Your setting do not allow you to save the file
in older file formats. To change your setting, navigate to the "Security
tab in the Options dialog box. There are 3 options in the Security tab. 1.
Do not load file . . . 2. Prompt when loading files . . . and 3. Allow
loading files . . .
My question is this: What will this affect when I choose one of these other
than exporting? Should I make this change or not? And which one is
appropriate?

Hello TKGerdie,

I suggest choosing "Allow". This will allow you to save as both an
Excel file or HTML file without being prompted.
