ERROR - Failed to initialize the Modeling Engine.

Using Windows XP 5.1 SP2
I need to do some database modeling with Visio. Opening a new drawing of
type "Database Model Diagram" I get the mentioned error.
Already tried: un- and reinstallation of Visio, new entry for HKEY_USERS in
the system registry and I do have the msvfw32.dll file on my system.

Any further suggestions?
