Jay,

Did you get this resolved? I've run into the same issue. I think I know
what caused it - a problem checking in a project that got hung up in the
queue somewhere - but haven't figured out how to fix it!

If you believe the job in the Queue is causing the problem, you can just
cancel that job in the Queue. You can do this on the Manage Queue page in
PWA (you need Manage Queue permissions to see this page). Though this
particular error looks like it is not related to any job in the Queue, but I
could be wrong.

Unfortunately not so simple. Right now there are no errors in the queue
itself. At one point I believe someone tried to check in a project and it
choked mid way through. Though there appears to be nothing currently checked
out, I still can't access the function, as I believe something may be out of
sync in the database - perhaps the reporting database vs. the production
database (?) If i can somehow identify where the disconnect is we may be
able to fix it on the back end and get this working again - all had been fine
until late last week.
