error handling code

I found when I create a command button by using wizard,
Access sometimes automatically create code of error
handling.

But for event procedure sometimes error handling code is
added, sometimes not.

Can anyone tell me when Access will automatically add
error handling code, when not?

And since the error code is similiar, is there an easy
way for me to add them later together for those who don't
have error handling module?
