Error in COM Add-in named: PERT Anaysis Error #:1101

Has anyone found had this error message before and know
how to get around it?

When using the PERT Analysis toolbar the following error
message is displayed when clicking the
optimistic/pessimistic buttons:
An error occurred in the COM Add-in named: PERT Analysis
Error #:1101
The file "MasterProject" was not found.
Please restart Microsoft Office Project to restart the COM
Add-in.

MasterProject is the file I am currently working on and a
restart does not get rid of the error message.
Any ideas
