Error in Excell

When I start Excell I get this Error message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library:
Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an anusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
When I close the message, the Excell closes too!

I have repaired Office and upgraded it but it didn't help. Is there any
suggestion for how I can solve the problem?
