how can i open a unreadable file? this file has got some
error(maybe a fault encode).WORD can't specifice this
error.

I can't get word to download of microsoft.com. I keep
getting an error message saying that I don't have all the
data files needed to download. how do I get the program to

What exactly are you trying to download? There is no way to download Word
from microsoft.com--only updates, templates, add-ins, etc.
