I have used conditional formatting in the past with no problems until today..

I have two columns that contain cells with some of the same values. I want to highlight the cells that are duplicates. I have tried conditional formatting, but it only highlights a subset of the actual duplicates. For examples, in Column A I have a value 80B and in Column B I have THE EXACT SAME VALUE (80B) and conditional formatting is NOT highlighting 80B. Both columns are text values. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have a very large dataset. Thanks!

It would be helpful if you post your CF formula and the selected range
address it applies to...
