error in import actual hours in a specific project

dear all,
i use my timesheet to import hours in my task and then submit them to PM.
but I have a problem with a specific project, in which i cannot upload hours.
Let me explain better: my team enter hours as usual but ONLY FOR THIS
PROJECT I cannot see the actual hours in the project.

someone have the same problem? can you help me?

I would recommend putting in the updates, specifically, August CU had many
fixes in it for updates not properly being applied to projects.
