Error in kernel32.dll

I have a customer who is experiencing the following error when closing MS
Access;

Msaccess has caused an error in KERNEL32.dll
Msaccess will now close
if you continue to experience this problem please try restarting you
computer.

I've tried searching through the MS knowledgebase but can't find anything
relating to the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
