"Error in loading dll" when running report wizard

I have a user who gets the following error when attempting
to use the report wizard: 'Error in loading dll'. I know
this is not a db problem because a report can be created
using the wizard on another machine. I have already
uninstalled/reinstalled office, I even used the eraser2k
when uninstalling. Has anyone ever experienced this
problem and have a fix....or even any suggestions. I am at
a loss and would appreciate any assistance.

JoeElla - I tried that, however when I clicked Tools |
References, I got another error: 'Error accessing the
system registry'. Any suggestions? An error this simple
should not be this complicated to fix. Thanks for all
your help!-Sharon
