"Error in loading DLL"

We have been transferring Excel spreadsheets between our office and our
accountants office quite successfully for some time now. Until recently that
is. I believe the change has been since they upgraded to Windows XP. Now
when trying to open an Excel Spreadsheet I get the following response from
Excel;
" Error in loading DLL"
Can anyone assist with what is going wrong please.

Do you mean you can't open the sheets on your Mac - Ecel v.X when they come
from your accountants?

First point, I'd strongly suggest that you updade your Office version to the
latest update (10.1.2, 10.1.4 and then 10.1.5).

Has something been modified in the sheets ?
