error in mfc42.dll

When I launch FP 2000 i get an error saying "Frontpg has
caused an error in mfc42.dll, try re-starting your
computer".

I have uninstalled and re-installed the program to no
avail, the rest of office loads OK, i just cant use
frontpage. Running on windows ME.

Anyone got any ideas? Cheers.
