error in MSWORD when write arabic

I receive this error message when i write arabic in msword

cicerouiwndframe: winword.exe - application error
the instruction at "0x77fcc39e" referenced memory at "0x003d003a". The
memory could not be "written".
Click on OK to terminate the program.


I am runinig MSWORD 2003 with SP1 and Windows 2000 SP4 with latest update.
