Error in Office 2003

Someone has posted on another NG helproom I'm a member of with a problem in
Office 2003 they are able to create and save documents but when they try to
open them again they get the message: 'Document Not Available' though they
can see them in My Documents this happens in all applications.

Any Ideas

Hi Steve,

Yeah, idea #1: They are in the wrong newsgroup. <grin>

I'd say they are also using Norton AV. It has an option called the
"Office Plug-in" that is just a little too aggressive. You can disable
the option in Norton Options under the Miscellaneous section.
