Error in opening excel 2003

I have office 2003 professional and all my programs such as word, visio,
powerpoint work fine.

But when I try to run excel I get an error "The installation source for this
product is not available. Verify that the source exits and that you can
access it."

I tried to re-install excel from office 2003 CD but I get the same error.
