Error in oppening MS Access file from Network dirctory

I have a problem whenever I opened Access file from
Network dirctory I'v got this massage " Ms Access cannot
open this file. This file is located outside your
intranet or on an untrusted site. MS Access will not open
the file due to potentila security problems. Top open the
file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network
location "

I cannot open the file while my cooworker can do? I'v full
access to the dirctory.

For information
O/S Windows NT
Ms access 2000

Please your help.
