Error in printing weekly calendar with tasks showing

[Outlook 2000]
When printing the calendar in weekly or monthly view and
trying to print the tasks on the right hand side, one of
our users has a problem in that the tasks themselves are
not printed (but the tick boxes are). If she prints in
daily view, the tasks print normally.

We are unable to see anything in page setup. Does anyone
have any suggestions.
