Error in PSCleaner

I'm trying to use PSCleaner for the first time, and I get this error when I
type in the URL and select Windows Authentication and then press retrieve.
ANy clues would be greatly appreciated.

This is a login authenication problem. Make sure the NT credentials that you
are using have a project server account. Or use the administrator Project
server account.
