Check for things like two @s
Poor Domain suffix such as @company.con

Will do - what about inactive resouces?? I know thay should have no
work left but sometimes they do. Could that be a problem?

I wouldn't expect inactive resources to be the cause of this issue, however
it would be very easy to test by removing\replacing them.
