Error in received emails from lotusnotes application

Q1:The contents of emails received from a friend using lotusnotes is blank
when received by my outlook software but the whole content can be received by
my outlook express. What is the reason?


Q2:Some of the emails sent out to this same friend are returned but has
details such as From:myfriend To:Me

How do I troubleshoot my outlook to find out if my program is having a
glitch and not my friend?
