Error in running MS Access 2002

The MS Office Pro. Ch Version installed on Windows XP Pro. Ch Version. every
time
it prompt the screen to collect some information "Just like the installation
screen"
when i run the MS Access and after the collection then i can open the
application...does any one can help on this?
