Error in sending mail : 0x800ccc69, please help!

Hello, just set up own business and can receive emails but not send any which
is driving me MAD and no-one can seem to help me !?

I get an error message 0x800ccc69.

Any suggestions

The message is from the mail server and your email client is just reporting it to
you
Your ISP's email server is not accepting it. That's what the error is telling you.
