Error in side notes

I got this error when I click on my new side note, and I am not sure why --
can anyone help me out? I don't know what to do to get it restored...
I think that I may have accidently deleted the side note section up the top
but when I looked for it in deleted it was not there to restore...

As a simple measure try using Help | Detect and Repair. That may fix
things.

There should be a Side Note section under the My Notebook folder. Use
Windows Explorer to go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name\My
Documents\My Notebook and look for a file called Side Note.one. If
it's there you haven't deleted the Side Note section.

If the Side Notes.ONE file is deleted, OneNote will recreate it as needed.
Can you look in the folder that Andrew mentioned, and delete the Side
Notes.ONE file if it is there? Then open up OneNote and try to create a
Side Note again. See if that fixes the problem.
