Error in starting outlook express

Hello everyone.

Can someone please help me. I can no longer open my
outlook express. all i get is the error message, Outlook
express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could notbe
loaded. I have confirmed that the file is on my system in
the outlook express folder but for somereason it will not
load. Please someone help.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express group - this group supports Outlook
from Microsoft Office. Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer.
