Error in template downloads

When trying to download various office 2000 templates
from the Microsoft site I am recieving the same
error. "OUTC is undifined" in some or the other line
number. Can anyone think of an answer?

Hi Chuck,

It could be that you need to empty your browser
cache or that your settings are stopping the
template download control to be installed on
your PC from
http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/templategallery
