Error in using the Commercial Printing Tool

C

Cristy

I created full color flyers and tried using the
Commercial Printing Tool Single Color option to create
black and white versions. However, Publisher 2002 is
acting really buggy and only worked on certain files.
For all of the others I keep getting an error and
Publisher shuts down. I've sent multiple reports to the
server -- whichever server is their default, but I don't
know what else to do and don't want to spend $99 for
online help. I already know that I am not eligible for
the free online help according to my product number.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Was the error related to specific graphic elements? (one way to tell would
be to use a copy of the document and keep deleting graphics until it
works..or delete half of them until it works then put them back a couple at
a time).

If you are creating the black and white versions solely for printing
purposes, you should specify that in your printing options. If you are
producing this file for some other reason in black and white, you need to go
in and change each individual art to "grayscale". You do this by right
clicking on it and then selecting "format object"
