Error In Wizip Save as File

hi

i am trying to save a winzip attachmnet as file and i get
always this error:

Outlook cannot save the url to a file , can´t find this
file .Make sure this file exist and file name are correct.
This happened only to a specified user.

Any help;(Outlook 2000 sp3)
