Error in Word 2000

Hello

We are using Word 2000 for our custom developed applications in
combination with Outlook 2003. Now with the director, when he opens
certian documents he gets an error message and is redirected to
OCA(Microsoft Online Crash Analysis). I already tried reinstalling
Office 2000 and Outlook 2003, doens,'t help. After that i tried to
delete the \\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Word\Data
registery key (suggested
here:http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm).
Is also tried winword /r but that ones doenst help either.
I also see this message in our event-logs this error message i partly in
dutch,because were a dutch and there is an dutch version installed.
Hopefully you understand it though.
