Word is looking for Visual Basic runtime engine.
Either you do not have Visual Basic for Applications installed (it's in the
Value Pack on your Office CD), or:
You have picked up a virus that relies on functions of VBA that are not
available in Mac Word.
If it is the latter, you should be very grateful that it did not work
For peace of mind, send that document back to someone with a PC that has an
up-to-date virus checker and ask them to scan it for you. It may be
infected...
