Hello. I hope someone can help me fix this problem. I have an almost
new version of office 2004 for students and teachers. (for macs) The
problem didn't start right away. Now when I create a new document and
quit it if it is blank, I get an automatic "save as" window titled "you
are surprised" (can't remember if this was an actual document that I
deleted) and then an automatic error message that I can either send or
not send to microsoft. Occasionally the whole program will quit
unexpectedly and once when I was trying to paste text from an email it
told me there wasn't enough memory and quit. Apple computer thought I
needed to uninstall and then reinstall the software so I did that twice
and it hasn't helped the problem. There was a question that I had a
virus just in the office software but someone in the apple store at the
genius bar looked into that and said there wasn't a virus.
What do you suggest?? Thanks very much for any help. Best, pkgold
