error in word

When I start word or create a new message in Outlook I get
a message 004b894, and it asks if I would like to try and
recovery my documents. It also asks if I want to send the
error message to Microsoft and I do. I have tried to
repair office and I have also tried to uninstall it and
then reinstall. Does anyone have any ideas. thanks, Trey
