error in word

hello i need help with word i'm getting an error that says
winword caused an invalid page fault in module winword.exe
at 0167:30062618 help if you can

Hi Jackie,

We need a little more information. What version of Word are you using
and which patches do you have installed? (Take a look under
Help/About).

When does the error occur? Opening? Closing? Printing? Spellcheck?
