Error - InfoPath Form Template not fully trusted

Hello All,

I am developing an InfoPath App, in which I am saving and retriving XML
files from the local desktop. I followed the article

to create a fully trusted InfoPath Form Template and created an MSI.
Then followed

to deploy the template to WSS. On the client machine I installed the
MSI and the installation went without errors. When the user browses to
a form in WSS and selects the form, I get this error message "Form
template:
file:///C:\Program%20Files\InfoPath%20Form%20Templates\FormName.xsn
The form template is trying to access files and settings on your
computer. InfoPath cannot grant access to these files and settings
because the form template is not fully trusted."

Any ideas or thoughts on resolving this issue?
