Error insert objects

Hi

PC: XP, ServicePack 3, Powerpoint 2002

I have the following problem. When I insert an object in Powerpoint and
edit, these error messages (see Annex).

The following I have already undertaken:

1st uninstalled and reinstalled
2nd Norton disabled
3rd Fonts deleted
4th deleted Msoprefs.232 and Msoclip.232

This information comes from forums and from the Microsoft support site.

I notice nothing more.

Please help.

The messages come:

Microsoft PowerPoint can to open this object is necessary
Application does not start. An error has occurred and this feature
is no longer functioning properly. Would you like to repair this feature now.

Installation: Application Server

The server application, source file or item can not be found
or returned an unknown error. Install the
Server application may again.
