Error: Install Forms

We have recently upgrade to Outlook 2003 from Outlook XP. When some people
start Outlook, they receive the following error message:

"An error has occurred while the following action was performed: Install Forms
Error: 0x800004005
Description: Unspecified error"

I have searched many places and have not found any help in resolving this
issue. Does anyone know what triggers this error?

I am having the same issue although we did not do an upgrade. It just
started for one of my users. Does anyone know how to fix this. She cant
delete email or read anything.

I am also having the same error message come up with a new install of
Outlook 2003 only, not office. But one thing different that the
previous post is that Outlook is fully functional. But it does pop up
with error messages if I go into the properties of any item. Example:
Right-click on Inbox and go to Properties it pops up twice before
giving me the properties window. I've tried uninstall/reinstall,
removing/reinstalling the "Microsoft Forms 2.0 .NET Programmablilty
Support" along with various other options during custom install. I've
installed Office SP2. Always has the same error message. I've
installed it on 5 different workstations and they all produce the same
results.

Any help would be greatly apprciated!

Hi there. I decided to directly dump my emails into .pst's.
Upon the config change, the error occured. After fiddling, i killed m
outlook rules and killed my outlook sync/ offline stuff.
After that, everything worked well.
