Error installing addins

Hi !
I open an Excel from another application (Visual C++),
then I try to add an Addin (my own addin) from (tools |
Add-ins | browse my addin and when i click OK) i get the
following error :

License Agreement Error

File LICENSE.DAT not found. License Agreement can not be
completed.

Then apears the following error :
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error !

Program: C:\Progr~1\Micros~2\Office10\Excel.exe

This aplication has requested the Runtime to terminate it
in a unsual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more
information.

Can anybody help me....
