Error installing Office 2007

I am trying to install Office 2007 from CD. This is on a fresh install of
Vista. The error is Setup cannot find
Access.en-us\Access.en-us\AccessMUI.msi. Browse to a valid installaation
source and then clieck OK. Sometimes the error is a similar path but is
looking for a .cab file. The reference files are on the CD, but trying to
browse to the location from the installer gives "Invalid location". All
latest windows updates are installed. I also downloaded and ran the Windows
Install Cleanup utility and it did not help.
