error installing office XP sp3 cannot find "wordret.msi"

Try to install Office SP3 (currently running Office XP 2002 SP2), but install
cannot find file "wordret.msi". I cannot locate this file either on my
system or the Office XP CD's.

If you have MS Works Suite it will be on CD#1 for that product.
