Error Installing Outlook 2003 SP1

I am trying to install the SP1 for Outlook 2003 and I continue to get the
following message "The feature you are trying to use in on a network resource
that is unavailable." It seems to be asking for the following file:
MSBCM.msi, which I cannot locate any where. Is there any way I can fix this?
