Error Installing Project Server 2003

Hi, I'm installing the Project Server Front-End server on a new Windows
Server 2003 box.

The installation gets all the way through, then an error message is
displayed "The installation ended prematurely because of an error".

In the msi log file in the Temp directory, the installation ended at the
point where it was doing some IIS stuff.

The error message is:

ConfigureIIS: .entering CreateMetaPath
ConfigureIIS: Error 0x080070422: failed to create application: hr=80070422
ConfigureIIS: Error 0x080070422: failed to create application: hr=80070422
ConfigureIIS: Error 0x080070422: failed to do Metabase work

Any ideas what is going wrong here?

I managed to sort it in the end - the COM+ were not being created because
one of the COM+ services was disabled. When it was enabled, everything
worked fine.
