Error Installing Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB905756)

This update has repeatedly fails to install and I have no idea why.
These two updates also fail to install with no error message:
"The following updates were not installed:
Installing Security Update for Excel 2003 (KB905756)(update 2 of 3)...
failed!
Installing Update for Outlook 2003 Junk Email Filter (KB913161) (update

2 of 3)... failed!
Installing Update for Outlook 2003 (KB913807)(update 3 of 3)...
failed!"

I do not use an antispy or antivirus program (on a constant basis, that

is).
I can't find anything to pin down the problem here.
Can someone help

If you download the update EXEs from the Office Update site and try to run
them outside of the update site, what happens?

I GET

"Error 25090. Office Setup encountered a problem with the Office
Source Engine, system error. -2147023838.
Please open C:\Program Files\Microsort Office\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM
and look for "Office Source Engine" for information on how to resolve
this problem."

I clicked SETUP.CHM and I got:


"Microsoft Office Setup: Product Key
Product Key
Type the 25-character Product Key number. It is located on your
Certificate of Authenticity or the sticker on the back of the CD case.

Note If you are converting a trial version of Office, you must use the
Product Key from a full version of Office. Your full version Product
Key can be found either on the package you purchased at a store or in
the confirmation email you received after making your purchase of
Office online."

So when/where do I type the product key?
