I put 500 old letters into one Word file and made an index. There's
about 550 pages.
About every 3rd day I get error message:
Internal Data Integrity (type 4) 1
I have Word Professional 2003, windows xp.
How can I get the Henri Rochat subcategories back into just one listing
for Henri Rochat.
When I started this project I might have had a few files which I put
into Master Document. I deleted the headings but wonder if there was
some underlying problem that is giving me the error messages.
I was correcting my index, eliminating the space after the colon as
some entries had the space and some didn't. When I corrected all
entries on one page for Henri
Rochat
roperty --all entries following Henri Rochat: property--
separated.
Instead of Rochat, Henri 1828-1907 with subcategories under the one
category, Rochat, Henri split each time.
