Error launching browser

After installing Outlok 2003 I receive error message Error Launching Browser.
I have not changed any LAN settings etc. When connecting on links in mail I
am sent to internet configueration page. Any Ideas

HI,
have you reset your Internet Explorer in TOOLS > INTERNETOPTIONS > PROGRAMM
?
