Error loading DLL

After the blaster Virus, I did a whole lot of things on
my computer like updating NAV, and microsoft patch for
XP, running regclean etc.

After this, Ms Access 2002 opens up. When I try to
create a form in wizard, the error message box "Error
Loading dll" pops up twice. and the wizard opens. But
it will not allow me to create the form.

Someone please help.
