I had another software program that interfaced with excel - I uninstalled

I tried uninstalling and reinstalled but it doesn't work How do I fix this
Choose Tools/Add-ins from the Excel menu. starting from the top, uncheck
any add-in from the list that has a checkmark beside it, keeping track of
which one's you've unchecked. When you uncheck the one that's causing this
problem Excel will display an error message say that it can't find the
specified file and asking if you want to permanently remove the entry from
the list. Choose Yes. This should solve your start-up problem. You can then
re-check any other add-ins you unchecked during this process.
